Uba Sani Appoints New Commissioners and Aides in Kaduna

Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani has approved the appointment of three new commissioners, 45 aides, and 40 members of various boards to strengthen his administration and improve governance in the state. The announcement was made in a statement by the governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Ibraheem Musa, on Friday.

The new officials are expected to assist in implementing development programs, enhancing public service, and promoting economic growth in Kaduna State. Ben Kure has been appointed as the new Commissioner for Sports Development, while Amina Akilu Dalhat and Abdullahi Garba Abbas will serve as Commissioners for Special Duties I and II, respectively.

Haliru Soba, formerly the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Education, has been appointed Deputy Chief of Staff (Administration). Additionally, Munir Jafaru was named Chairman of the Kaduna State Health Care Board, and Bashir Gamagira Saidu will lead the Kaduna Vigilance Service Board.

Other notable appointments include former Justice Gideon Isa Kurada as Chairman of the College of Education, Gidan Waya, and Esther Bago as Chairperson of the Institute of Vocational Training and Skills Development.
