UK PM Keir Starmer Announces Resignation as Labour Leader

Keir Starmer, the United Kingdom's Prime Minister, announced on Monday that he is resigning from his position as leader of the Labour Party. Speaking outside 10 Downing Street, Starmer stated that he had concluded he was no longer the right person to lead the party into the next general election.
