IESA Celebrates New Appointments at AFCOM&HS

The Ilorin Emirate Staff Association (IESA), University of Ilorin Chapter, has expressed its congratulations on the appointments of Prof. Biodun Alabi and Mr. Muritala Ibrahim as Vice-Chancellor and Bursar, respectively, of the Armed Forces College of Medicine & Health Sciences (AFCOM&HS). The congratulatory message was signed by IESA chairman, Prof. Ibrahim Kayode Adam, who described the appointments as a well-deserved acknowledgment of their competence and experience.

Prof. Alabi, prior to his new role, served as Provost of the College of Health Sciences at the University of Ilorin and held various leadership positions, including chairman of the Association of Provosts of Colleges of Medicine in Nigeria (APCOM). Mr. Ibrahim is noted for his extensive experience in accounting and finance, having worked with Siemens and demonstrated significant strategic and analytical skills.

The association urged both appointees to represent the Ilorin Emirate and the University of Ilorin with integrity and diligence, praying for their success and well-being in their new roles.
