U.S. Secret Service Launches Fast-Track Recruitment Process

The U.S. Secret Service has unveiled a fast-track recruitment process designed to significantly accelerate the hiring of candidates for protective and investigative roles.

This initiative aims to reduce the overall application and hiring time to just 120 days. An upcoming recruitment event is scheduled to take place from May 14 to May 17, 2026, at the National Conference Center in Leesburg, Virginia.

The event will allow qualified applicants to complete multiple key stages of the hiring process within a condensed timeframe of four days, including the Special Agent Entrance Exam (SAEE), a physical abilities test, and an official interview. Typically, these steps take a longer period in the standard hiring process.
