Vetiva Fund Managers Limited has filed a corporate action notice announcing the 15th final distribution for the Vetiva S&P Nigerian Sovereign Bond ETF, covering the period ended 31st December 2025. Vetiva Fund Managers Limited has announced the payment of the 15th final distribution for the Vetiva S&P Nigerian Sovereign Bond ETF, in respect of the period ended 31st December 2025.

The distribution is set at ₦5.00 per unit and will be paid to unit holders whose names appeared in the Register of Unit holders as at 5pm on Friday, 15th May 2026. This date serves as the qualification or record date for the distribution.

The Register of Unit holders was subsequently closed at 5pm on Monday, 18th May 2026, to allow the fund's Transfer Agent, First Registrars & Investors Services, to process the payment.

The scheduled payment date for qualifying unit holders is Thursday, 28th May 2026.

Vetiva Fund Managers has noted that unit holders are required to ensure their Biodata forms, including bank details, are submitted to First Registrars & Investors Services to receive prompt payment. The forms can also be submitted through a broker or via sales@vetiva.com. The fund and its manager are registered and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria.
