Tinubu's Northern Development Praised by Kaduna Governor

Uba Sani, the Governor of Kaduna State, stated that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has accomplished more for Northern Nigeria than any previous president. In an interview with Arise TV, Sani addressed concerns regarding the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its ability to secure Northern support for Tinubu's re-election in 2027.

He highlighted that Tinubu's administration has made substantial infrastructural advancements, particularly in the first three years of his presidency. Sani dismissed claims that Tinubu is struggling with security issues in the region, labeling such assertions as unfounded.

He cited the reconstruction of the Abuja-Kaduna road, with 600 billion Naira already paid to contractors, as a major achievement. Additionally, Sani mentioned ongoing projects like the Kaduna-Birnin Gwari road and the establishment of a federal university in Southern Kaduna.

He also noted the approval of a 1 trillion Naira light rail project by the Federal Executive Council, emphasizing Tinubu's commitment to developing Northern Nigeria and urging public support for the president ahead of the 2027 elections.
