Defenders Oluwatosin Demehin and midfielder Jennifer Echegini have been sanctioned following disciplinary actions related to Nigeria's recent 1-0 victory over Zambia on Saturday.

Demehin received a straight red card in the 40th minute of the match for a foul on Zambia captain Barbra Banda, who was advancing towards the goal. As a result of these suspensions, the Super Falcons will need to adjust their lineup for this crucial fixture against Egypt.
