Three Arrested for Murder of Ex-OGTV Broadcaster

The Ogun State Police Command disclosed the arrest of three suspects involved in the murder of former OGTV broadcaster Kitan Oyesiku. The primary suspect, Sodeind Olajuwon Philip, aged 22, allegedly orchestrated the crime to "teach her a lesson." The police began investigating after discovering signs of forced entry at Oyesiku's residence and her body later found inside.

The investigation revealed that the suspects, including Sakirudeen Abdulraheem Ayoola, 27, and Sobu Obafunsho, 36, had grievances against Oyesiku related to their employment. They reportedly overpowered security guard Pelumi Adetayo, 38, to gain access to the residence before committing the murder.

The suspects fled the scene in Oyesiku's Lexus RX 330, which was later recovered. Evidence, including a broken hammer and cutlass, was collected, and the suspects remain in custody as investigations continue.
