Edo Governor Vows to Sack Underperforming Contractors, Emphasizes Transparency

Governor Okpebholo of Edo State has declared a zero-tolerance policy towards mediocrity and corruption among contractors working on state projects. During a visit by the Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC), he reiterated his commitment to transparency and good governance.

Okpebholo also called for collective efforts to achieve development goals and rallied support for President Bola Tinubu's re-election bid in 2027. The IPAC delegation praised the governor's legacy projects and readiness to collaborate.

The governor's focus remains on security, health, infrastructure, agriculture, and education for Edo's future.
