Oseni Warns Tinubu About Wike's Political Loyalty

Rufai Oseni, an anchor at Arise Television, warned President Bola Tinubu about his political relationship with Nyesom Wike, the current Minister of the Federal Capital Territory. Wike stated during a media parley that he would be targeted by the opposition, including Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi, if Tinubu does not win re-election in 2027.

Oseni questioned Wike's concerns about being witch-hunted, suggesting that if Wike's actions were justified, he should not fear retaliation. He highlighted Wike's history of political fallout with former allies and advised Tinubu to ensure that their dealings are transparent.

Oseni referenced Wike's past criticisms of godfatherism, particularly during the political crisis involving former Lagos State Governor Akinwunmi Ambode, emphasizing that Wike's current alignment with Tinubu contradicts his previous stance.
