Sister Blames Jowizaza for Father's Kidnapping in Anambra

Blessing, the sister of Jowizaza, has publicly accused him of being responsible for their father's kidnapping, alleging that the family is in debt to the tune of ₦40 billion. She claims that Jowizaza's ostentatious display of wealth on social media may have attracted the kidnappers to their father, Ezeokafor, who was abducted on August 5, 2026, while praying at a Catholic prayer ground in Ifite, Awka, Anambra State, without security personnel.

Blessing stated that she would hold Jowizaza accountable if anything were to happen to their father. She also urged the kidnappers to release Ezeokafor, insisting that the family does not possess the funds they believe are available, as the ransom demanded ranges from ₦700 million to ₦1.5 billion.

Efforts to communicate with the abductors have reportedly been challenging.
