Zularich Properties Completes New Housing Units in Lagos

Zularich Properties has successfully delivered completed housing units in Sangotedo, Lagos, marking the completion of its second residential development phase. The CEO, Dr.

Johnpaul Enemuoh, stated that this project aims to tackle the housing deficit in the area, which has seen increased demand due to infrastructural improvements and rising rental needs. The development features a gated residential enclave with two-bedroom glass houses, two-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom terrace duplexes.

During the handover ceremony, Enemuoh expressed pride in the company's commitment to delivering quality housing and announced plans for the next residential development, branded as Zularich Signature, which will include a smart housing project that is currently 50% complete. This initiative is expected to further bolster investor confidence in Nigeria's real estate sector.
