Zulum Appoints New Special Advisers in Borno State

Governor Zulum of Borno State appointed four new Special Advisers: Engr. Ali Goni Lawan, Hon.

Ali Sheriff Galgal, Hon. Bukar Aliyu Daja, and Hon.

Makinta M. Zarami.

Additionally, Engr Gujja Bukar Dalori was appointed as Senior Technical Assistant (STA) on Reconstruction. The appointments were made pursuant to the powers conferred on the Governor under Section 196(1) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended).

Dauda Iliya, Special Adviser to the Governor on Media, stated that these appointments aim to reinforce the administration’s commitment to effective governance, reconstruction, and sustainable development after seventeen years of insurgency. Governor Zulum congratulated the appointees and urged them to justify the confidence placed in them through dedication and selfless service, emphasizing the need to utilize their experience and expertise to advance the administration’s vision of rebuilding communities, consolidating peace, and delivering quality service to the people of Borno State.
