NLNG Dedicates 100% LPG Production to Domestic Market

Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) has confirmed that 100% of its Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) production is dedicated to the domestic market. This announcement was made during a visit by Oritsemeyewa Eyesan, the Managing Director of NLNG, to the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC).

Adeley Falad, the Chief Executive of NLNG, emphasized the company's strategy to shape the domestic LPG market and the importance of upstream collaboration to sustain gas supply. The statement from NUPRC's head of media and corporate communications, Eniola Akinkuotu, noted that the company anticipates an increase in production capacity by 35% with the expected commissioning of Train 7 next year.

Eyesan reaffirmed NUPRC's commitment to creating a business-friendly environment and advancing the federal government's gas agenda, while also addressing the need for regulatory reforms to enhance investor confidence in the oil and gas sector.
