Edo Family Seeks Help for Missing Relative in Belgium

The Isabor family from Edo State has been searching for Anthony Isabor, who disappeared in Belgium over 11 years ago after leaving Nigeria on March 5, 2015, in pursuit of better opportunities. His brother, Sundai Joseph Isabor, a teacher, reported that Anthony's last communication was with their mother upon his arrival in Belgium.

Since then, the family has received no information regarding his whereabouts, leading them to suspect human trafficking. Sundai has made multiple appeals to various authorities, including the Nigerian Embassy and the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons, but has seen little progress.

The family is in distress, especially as they approach Anthony's birthday on June 9. Sundai has reached out to notable figures, including former President Olusegun Obasanjo and General Theophilus Danjuma, for intervention, but efforts have been largely unresponsive.

He urges President Bola Tinubu and First Lady Oluremi Tinubu to assist in rescuing his brother from the alleged trafficking cartel.
