Tribute Exhibition Honors Late Artist Yusuf Grillo's Legacy

The 4th edition tribute exhibition at the Yusuf Grillo Museum in Ikeja, Lagos, honored the late artist Yusuf Grillo, a renowned Nigerian contemporary painter and sculptor. Grillo, who passed away on August 23, 2021, was celebrated by 13 art masters who showcased their work influenced by his artistic philosophy.

The exhibition, titled "Lineage of Masters," featured artists like Olusegun Adejumo, Kunle Adeyemi, Ato Arinze, Duke Asidere, and Adeola Balogun, paying tribute to Grillo's enduring legacy through various art forms. The event drew a large crowd of visitors and artists, highlighting Grillo's significant impact on the Nigerian art scene.
