APC Convention Success Strengthens Party Ahead of 2027

Hajia Amina Suzuki, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), issued a statement on Tuesday praising the party's recent convention held in Abuja. She described the event as a "world-class political event" that was conducted seamlessly and without disruption.

The convention resulted in the re-election of Nentaw Yilwatda as the party's national chairman. Suzuki emphasized that the orderly conduct of the convention showcased the APC's strength and unity, effectively weakening opposition parties, which she claimed are now struggling to find faults or remain politically relevant.

She maintained that the APC continues to stand as a highly organized and forward-looking political platform capable of sustaining its dominance in future elections. The successful convention further demonstrated the APC's position as Nigeria's leading political party, contrasting with the opposition's inability to exploit any flaws.
