Chris Usulor Declares for Ebonyi Central Senate Race 2027

Chris Usulor, a former member of the Ebonyi State House of Assembly, has officially declared his intention to run for the Ebonyi Central senatorial seat in the 2027 general elections. He will be contesting under the All Progressives Congress (APC) platform.

Usulor, who served three terms as a lawmaker representing the Ezza South Local Government Area, made his intentions known during an address to party stakeholders in the constituency. He emphasized the need for focused, result-oriented representation for the people of the zone, driven by a deep sense of duty and a firm belief that the constituents deserve transparent and pragmatic leadership.

Usulor highlighted the rich potential of the region, which includes farmers, traders, youth, and professionals, and expressed his commitment to job creation, youth empowerment, rural infrastructure development, and improving education and healthcare. He urged residents of the senatorial district to support his candidacy, regardless of political affiliations, and noted his experience and legislative knowledge as assets for effective governance.
