Danladi Pledges Democracy Dividends for Kwara Rural Areas

Hon. Yakubu Danladi-Salihu, the Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly and gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the 2027 election, assured the people of Kwara State of his commitment to providing more dividends of democracy to rural communities if elected. This pledge was made during a thank-you visit to Isin and Ifelodun Local Government Areas, where he was accompanied by other APC candidates.

Danladi expressed gratitude to the Olusin of Isin, traditional rulers, and religious leaders for their support of the current administration led by Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He acknowledged the security challenges faced by Isin and emphasized the government's efforts to restore peace.

The Elese of Igbaja, Oba Ahmed Babalola Awuni Arepo III, endorsed Danladi's candidacy, calling it divine, while the Olusin of Isanlu-isin highlighted the community's willingness to repay the government's support with votes, citing significant development in school infrastructure under the APC administration.
