Kano APC Confident in Tinubu's 2027 Election Victory

The Kano State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) stated that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration will achieve a landslide victory in the 2027 general elections, despite criticisms from opposition parties. Auwalu Soja, the APC's state public secretary, highlighted ongoing infrastructure projects, including the Ajaokuta-Kaduna-Kano gas pipeline and the Kaduna-Kano-Maradi standard gauge railway, as evidence of the administration's commitment to the northern region.

Soja commended Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf for his people-oriented projects in Kano State, which include road construction and empowerment programs targeting women and youth. The APC also dismissed reports of defections from the party in Kumbotso Local Government Area as false allegations orchestrated by the Kwankwasiyya movement.

Soja urged the movement to focus on resolving its internal challenges rather than engaging in what he described as baseless propaganda. He reassured that the APC remains united and strong in the local government area.
