NDC Fields Candidates for All Positions in 2027 Elections

On Friday, Victor Umeh, the Anambra Central Senator, declared that the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) has successfully fielded candidates for all elective positions across Nigeria for the upcoming 2027 general elections. During an appearance on Arise Television’s Morning Show, Umeh stated that having candidates in every constituency is crucial for the party's presence at polling units.

He explained that the NDC has initiated mobilization efforts to protect votes at polling units, including establishing a structure of 13-man executives for each polling unit. Umeh noted that this structure is designed to ensure that every polling unit has dedicated personnel on election day, which will facilitate the presence of polling agents representing the party.

He expressed confidence in the NDC's ability to mobilize effectively and ensure representation across the country during the elections.
