Kwara Leaders Challenge G15's Threats to Tinubu

Political leaders from Kwara State, including Hon. Raji Atolagbe, Muhammad Alhaji, Rahim Alamoyo, and Issa Amosa, released a joint statement on Thursday, challenging the G15 group.

They accused the G15 of trying to mislead the public and raise political tension in the state, particularly regarding the Otog movement, which they claim was instrumental in the removal of former Senate President Bukola Saraki in 2019. The leaders expressed concern over the G15's attempts to appropriate the Otog movement and engage in actions that contradict its foundational principles.

They publicly challenged the group's criticisms of the APC leadership and warned that such behavior could compromise the party's electoral prospects in Kwara, including President Tinubu's re-election chances. The statement further claimed that the G15's members had previously praised Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq's administration until their personal political aspirations were unmet, labeling them as opportunists aligned with Abuja politicians.

The leaders reaffirmed their commitment to the Otog movement and loyalty to President Tinubu.
