Otoge Movement Leaders Reject G15's Claims Against Tinubu

On Wednesday, thirty-eight founding leaders of the Otoge Movement in Kwara issued a joint statement addressing the G15 group's claims of ownership over the movement. They accused the G15 of attempting to hijack the legacy of the Otoge Movement while simultaneously threatening President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The leaders emphasized that no one can threaten President Tinubu electorally for personal gain and insisted that the Otoge Movement is a collective struggle driven by the demands of the people of Kwara. They criticized the G15 for their recent remarks questioning the APC leadership and suggested that their actions could lead to electoral setbacks for the party.

The statement reaffirmed loyalty to President Tinubu and Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, urging party members to address grievances through proper channels rather than public threats. The signatories included notable figures such as Raji Atolagbe, Muhammad Alhaji, and Femi Agbaj Whyte, among others.
