5th Amuwo' Games 2025 Set to Kick Off in Lagos State on November 1

The 5th edition of the Amuwo Games 2025 in Lagos State will kick off on November 1 across different centers within the Amuwo Odofin Local Government area. The games will feature various sports events, including athletics, basketball, chess, football, swimming, and more.

The aim is to promote integration, discipline, and talent discovery among youth in the community. The event will run until November 23, with eight teams competing in 16 sports.

The theme of the games is "Cancel Scam, Cultivate Culture," emphasizing values beyond the sports field. The initiative is led by the Amuwo Odofin Local Government to encourage youth participation and combat social vices.
