Hask Launches Grassroots Engagement Tour in Adamawa

Abdulrahman Bashir Hask, a governorship aspirant from the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa State, has initiated a statewide grassroots engagement tour across 21 local government areas (LGAs) to enhance citizen engagement and align leadership priorities ahead of the 2027 elections. The five-day strategic tour commenced on Monday, May 11, 2026, and has already covered nine LGAs, where Hask emphasized the importance of inclusivity in governance, youth empowerment, education, agricultural revitalization, and sustainable economic growth.

The tour began in the southern senatorial zone, visiting areas such as Gany, Toungo, Jada, and Mayo Belwa, where he received significant support from traditional leaders, stakeholders, youth, and women groups. Hask also held consultations with local leaders and royal fathers to foster dialogue and unity for development.

He acknowledged the contributions of prominent political figures endorsing his leadership qualities. The tour will continue through various LGAs and conclude on Friday, reaffirming Hask's commitment to unity and peace in Adamawa State.
