Adeboye, Oyedepo Urge Trump for Nigeria's Security Support

During the Faith Hero Award Gala organized by the Save Nigeria Group in Washington D.C., Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, and David Oyedepo, the founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, called on U.S. President Donald Trump to sustain and strengthen American support for Nigeria's fight against terrorism.

They praised recent U.S. military actions against terrorist camps in Nigeria and emphasized the urgent need for greater international intervention, stating that local efforts alone are insufficient to defeat extremist groups. Adeboye highlighted the alarming level of terrorism in Nigeria and urged Trump to continue military support to help restore peace across the country.

He also mentioned that the RCCG is providing humanitarian assistance to victims of terrorism, including food distribution and plans to establish schools and vocational training centers. Oyedepo warned that Nigeria is on the brink of collapse due to persistent insecurity and called for urgent intervention to prevent further deterioration of the security situation.
