Adeleke Criticizes APC for Failing to Halt Projects

Ademola Adeleke, the Governor of Osun State, stated that the state chapter of the APC (All Progressives Congress) is in "acute political depression" after their unsuccessful attempts to stop his administration's mega infrastructure projects in Iwo, Ilesa, and other areas. During his re-election campaign tour across nine local government areas, Adeleke expressed appreciation for the overwhelming support from the people of Osun State for various projects, including those in Osogbo, Iwo, Ila, and Ife.

He accused the APC of trying to divert N350 billion meant for local government development to obstruct major projects. Adeleke assured that his administration adheres to best engineering practices and local content policies in project execution.

He urged the citizens to reject any attempts at psychological warfare from the APC and to safeguard their votes in the upcoming elections, emphasizing that every vote will count and should not be compromised.
