Adeleke Prioritizes Governance Amid Upcoming Election

Bunmi Jenyo, the Osun State Commissioner for Commerce and Industry, stated that Governor Ademola Adeleke will not neglect governance in favor of politics as the August 15 governorship election approaches. He emphasized the ongoing development initiatives of the Adeleke administration, which will continue despite financial challenges.

Jenyo reported that the free train service provided during the Eid al-Kabir festival was a significant success, with over 3,000 holidaymakers transported from Lagos to Osogbo, benefiting not only Osun residents but also those from Ogun and Oyo states. He reassured the public that the Adeleke administration remains committed to prioritizing the welfare of the people and urged citizens to support the governor in the upcoming election.

Jenyo's statements were made during a visit to the Osogbo train station, where he welcomed holidaymakers arriving from Lagos.
