AEDC Promotes 1,126 Employees in Workforce Development

Abuja Electricity Distribution Plc (AEDC) has announced the promotion of 547 employees and approved step increments for 579 others, resulting in a total of 1,126 employees recognized for their contributions following the 2025 Performance Appraisal Exercise. This initiative underscores AEDC's commitment to investing in human capital as it aims to transform into a customer-focused, high-performing electricity distribution company with Pan-African ambitions.
