Rev. Dachomo Faces Death Threats for Speaking Out

Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo, the regional chairman of the Church of Christ in Nations (COCIN) in Barkin Ladi Local Government Area, Plateau State, has publicly expressed concern over new death threats directed at him.

These threats come from extremist groups who have marked him for speaking out against what he describes as Christian genocide in the Middle Belt region of Nigeria. Rev.

Dachomo recently returned from India, where he was attending to health matters, only to find that the threats against him had intensified. He revealed that three individuals had been specifically identified as having a bounty placed on his life for his outspoken stance.

Despite the threats, he stated that he is not afraid of death and emphasized the importance of continuing to speak the truth and defend the oppressed. He referenced biblical passages to convey his resolve and commitment to his community, stating that he will not abandon those who suffer, even at the risk of his own life.
