AIG Urges Gombe Police to Maintain Discipline and Integrity

On Friday, during a familiarization tour of the Gombe State Police Command, Assistant Inspector General (AIG) Vungmoh S. M.

Kwaimoh charged police personnel to uphold the highest standards of discipline, integrity, and professionalism. He stressed the need for officers to discharge their constitutional responsibilities fairly, respect human rights, and adhere strictly to the rule of law.

AIG Kwaimoh's visit aimed to assess operational readiness and strengthen supervisory mechanisms within the command, which is part of Zone 12, comprising Bauchi and Gombe states. He commended the efforts of the Gombe State Police Command in maintaining peace and security and urged officers to remain vigilant against emerging security threats.

The Commissioner of Police for Gombe State, Umar A. Chuso, welcomed AIG Kwaimoh's address, noting its significance in boosting morale and operational efficiency within the command.
