Akande-Sadipe Denies Evading Court in APC Primary Dispute

Tolulope Akande-Sadipe, a member of the House of Representatives for Oluyole, issued a statement on Sunday denying allegations made by Abiodun Gbolagade that she was evading court processes concerning a legal dispute arising from the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary elections. Akande-Sadipe labeled the allegations as false, misleading, and politically motivated, asserting that she has not hidden from legal service and continues to fulfill her legislative responsibilities.

She emphasized that her residence remains open and operational, countering claims that she was avoiding court documents. Akande-Sadipe stated that the matter is under judicial consideration and should not be litigated in the media.

She urged APC leaders and members to remain calm and committed to the rule of law, expressing confidence that due process would prevail. Additionally, she reaffirmed her dedication to delivering projects and initiatives for the Oluyole constituency, including education, healthcare, and infrastructure.
