Akande-Sadipe Denies Evading Court in APC Primary Dispute

Tolulope Akande-Sadipe, a member of the House of Representatives for Oluyole, issued a statement on Sunday denying allegations made by Abiodun Gbolagade that she was evading service of court papers in a legal dispute regarding the All Progressives Congress (APC) primary elections. Akande-Sadipe characterized the claims as false and misleading, asserting that she has not hidden or vacated her residence to avoid court processes.

She emphasized her ongoing legislative responsibilities and the full operation of her constituency office. Akande-Sadipe dismissed the suggestion that she refused to accept court documents, stating that the matter is under the jurisdiction of the court and should not be litigated in the media.

She urged APC leaders and members to remain calm and committed to the rule of law, expressing confidence that due process would prevail. Akande-Sadipe reaffirmed her dedication to delivering projects in education, healthcare, infrastructure, and humanitarian support for the people of Oluyole.
