Alleged Bandit Negotiator Challenges AGF's 'Terrorist' Label in Court Battle

The AGF's lawyer, David Kasw, countered that the designation was within the law under the Terrorism Prevention Prohibition Act. The case raises questions about the legalities of labeling someone facing trial as a terrorist before conviction.
