Alpha Mead Seeks JV Partners for 1,200-Unit Residential Estate Development in Lagos

Alpha Mead, through its subsidiary AMDC, is looking for joint venture partners to develop a 1,200-unit residential estate within the Green Haven Estate in Abijo, Lekki. The project aims to provide a premium living experience and is expected to span approximately 12 hectares.

The JV partnership will involve pooling resources, with Alpha Mead providing the land and project design, while the partners fund construction. The project's total cost per block is estimated at N1 billion, with an expected ROI of 57%.

Femi Akintunde, the Group Managing Director of AMG, highlighted the benefits of the partnership, including shared profits and mutual agreements.
