Anosike Urges Abians to Pursue Dreams Amid Disappointments

Dr. Kelechi Anosike, the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the 2027 election in Abia State, addressed citizens in Umuahia, urging them not to let past disappointments from leaders affect their aspirations. In a goodwill message marking the 35th anniversary of Abia State, titled ‘Abia At 35: Our Best Years, Still Ahead’, Anosike expressed optimism for the state’s future.

He promised that if elected, his administration would focus on creating a welfarist government that prioritizes job creation, timely payment of salaries and pensions, and the establishment of at least three viable industries annually. Anosike emphasized the importance of treating youth as economic opportunities and pledged to enhance access to skills acquisition, technology, and agriculture.

He also committed to supporting vulnerable groups, including the elderly and unemployed graduates, ensuring that no Abian goes to bed hungry. Anosike concluded by encouraging unity and collective effort to build a better future for Abia.
