Galadima Critiques APC's Approach to Democracy
Buba Galadima, a prominent figure in the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), expressed strong criticism of the All Progressives Congress (APC) during an interview on Channel Television's "Politics Today." He accused the APC of being "allergic to democratic competition" and claimed that the party has systematically destroyed opposition parties to secure a favorable environment for Bola Tinubu's candidacy in the upcoming 2027 presidential elections. In a related context, Abdullahi Sule, the governor of Nasarawa State and a member of the APC, defended the party's performance, asserting that it has outperformed opposition parties.
He expressed confidence that Bola Tinubu would win the 2027 presidential election, citing economic reforms that have benefited Nasarawa State as evidence of the APC's effective governance.
