APC Undermining Opposition, Says Nasarawa Governor Sule

In an interview with Channels Television, Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State accused the All Progressives Congress (APC) of "destroying" opposition parties, asserting that the APC's performance is superior to that of its rivals. Sule stated that opposition parties feel threatened by the APC's achievements, which he believes exceed expectations.

He further expressed his confidence in President Bola Tinubu's ability to win the 2027 presidential election, citing economic reforms that would benefit Nasarawa State. The governor also addressed controversies surrounding his early endorsement of Tinubu for the upcoming elections, emphasizing that his predecessor did not effectively utilize his office and referred to him as a "dustbin." Sule described his former governor as a mentor but clarified that he is not a godfather in politics.
