APC Resumes Membership Registration for 2027 Elections

The All Progressives Congress (APC) announced the resumption of membership registration in preparation for the 2027 general elections, with the exercise set to begin on August 31, 2026. This information was disclosed in a statement by the party's National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, on Tuesday in Abuja.

The registration process will occur across the party's wards nationwide. New members must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN).

Existing members are required to validate their membership. Morka urged all APC members, supporters, and stakeholders to participate in the registration, whether they are current or prospective members.

The electronic registration aims to update the party's membership records, facilitating access to reliable data for decision-making and planning. Morka emphasized that this initiative would enhance internal democracy within the party and support the APC's commitment to technological innovation in political administration.
