APC Reopens Membership Registration on August 31, 2026

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced the reopening of its electronic membership registration exercise, set to commence on August 31, 2026, in preparation for the 2027 general elections. This initiative will take place across all wards nationwide.

Existing members are required to validate their membership, while new and intending members are encouraged to register. Felix Morka, the APC National Publicity Secretary, issued a statement in Abuja urging party stakeholders, supporters, and members to participate in the exercise.

The primary goals of the E-Registration Exercise include digitizing the party’s membership register, ensuring the integrity of membership records, and enhancing access to membership data for effective planning and management decisions. Morka emphasized that registrants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid National Identification Number, promoting internal democracy and strengthening the party's commitment to democratic innovation in Nigeria.
