Governor Aliyu and Wamakko Attend Funeral of APC Official's Son

Abubakar Isah Saddiq Achida, the son of Alhaji Isah Saddiq Achida, the former Sokoto State APC chairman and current APC Zonal Secretary, has died following a protracted illness. His funeral prayer took place at his father's residence in the Mabera area of Sokoto metropolis, attended by notable figures including Governor Ahmed Aliyu and Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko.

During the event, Governor Aliyu expressed his condolences, describing death as an inevitable destiny and encouraging the family to accept the loss as the will of Almighty Allah. He prayed for the deceased's forgiveness, acceptance of his good deeds, and eternal rest, while also asking Allah to grant the family strength to bear the loss.

Abubakar Isah Saddiq Achida is survived by a wife and a child. Special prayers were conducted for his soul and other departed souls.

Dignitaries at the funeral included former deputy governor Alhaji Abdullahi Dattijo, Speaker of the Sokoto State House of Assembly Rt. Hon. Tukur Bala Bodinga, and other political leaders and stakeholders.
