Aquiline and LBS Launch Security Leadership Program

Aquiline Consult Limited has partnered with Lagos Business School, part of Pan-Atlantic University, to launch an executive education program designed to strengthen strategic leadership capabilities within Nigeria's security sector. This initiative comes in response to rising threats and resource constraints affecting security operations.

The program is scheduled for September 14 to 18, 2026, and will gather senior leaders from government, law enforcement, and corporate security sectors. Isaac Orolugbagb, the academic director of the program, emphasized the importance of technology in enabling leadership, stating that it cannot replace the ability to anticipate risks and make sound strategic decisions.

Onyekachi Adekoya, managing director of Aquiline Consult, noted that developing leadership is essential for building stronger and more responsive security institutions. The five-day course will focus on strategic leadership in complex environments, risk assessment, crisis management, governance, and organizational resilience, providing participants with exposure to global security trends and scenario-based learning.
