Court Grants Bail to Mike Nwaukoni in Delta Monarch Attack Case

The Federal High Court in Asaba, Delta State, granted bail to prominent businessman Mike Nwaukoni in a case related to an alleged violent attack on Obi Dr. Ifechukwud Aninshi Okonjo II of Ogwashi Uku Kingdom.

Nwaukoni, along with four others, is accused of involvement in the attack during the annual Ineh New Yam Festival. The court set bail at 25 million naira and imposed strict conditions.

Security personnel testified about the violent incident, leading to Nwaukoni's bail. The trial is ongoing.
