AUDA-NEPAD Supports 2026 All Africa Challenge Trophy

AUDA-NEPAD, represented by Chief Executive Officer Jabiru Tsauri, has committed to providing strong institutional support for the 2026 All Africa Challenge Trophy. This event is viewed as a significant opportunity for Nigeria to enhance its influence across the continent through sports diplomacy and economic advancement.

During a courtesy visit in Abuja, Tsauri made this commitment to Lami Ahm, President of the Ladies Golf Association of Nigeria. The tournament is scheduled to take place from November 1 to November 7, 2026, under the theme "Uniting Africa." Tsauri highlighted the importance of investing in women's golf and developing female athletes, which is critical for enhancing Nigeria's global sports profile.

He also commended Lami Ahm for successfully securing the hosting rights, describing it as a significant achievement for Nigeria. The event will showcase leadership and unity among 30 African nations, reinforcing Nigeria's commitment to continental collaboration through sports.
