Aviation Unions Give NCAT 14-Day Ultimatum Over Welfare Review

Four major aviation unions have given the Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT) in Zaria a 14-day ultimatum to conclude a long-delayed review of staff welfare conditions. The unions, including the Air Transport Services Senior Staff Association of Nigeria, are threatening to withdraw services if the review is not completed.

The unions expressed grave concern over the management's indecisiveness and lack of seriousness regarding staff welfare. Despite repeated assurances, the NCAT management has failed to address the concerns raised by the unions, leading to growing discontent among workers.
