Bi-Courtney Launches Autism Awareness Training at MMA2

Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited has reinforced its commitment to improving passenger experience at Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal 2 (MMA2) by implementing autism awareness training for its customer-facing staff. This initiative, led by Solap Azazi, a master trainer, aims to equip frontline airport personnel with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively support passengers and families affected by autism spectrum disorders.

The training focuses on understanding fundamental concepts of autism, identifying signs of sensory overload and distress, and employing communication strategies that encourage teamwork and prioritize the dignity of every traveler. Kola Bamigboy, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Bi-Courtney Aviation Services Limited, noted that this program aligns with the organization's vision to make MMA2 an inclusive airport terminal for all passengers, regardless of their abilities.
