Bingham University Hosts Training on Ethical AI and Pedagogy

Bingham University, in collaboration with RUDN University from Russia, organized a two-day professional short course focused on ethical artificial intelligence and digital pedagogy. The training, held at the Faculty of Architecture auditorium, attracted 120 participants, including academics, researchers, postgraduate students, and media professionals from within and outside the university community.

The program aimed to equip participants with contemporary skills in ethical scholarship and innovative teaching practices in higher education. Vice Chancellor of Bingham University, Prof.

Haruna Kuje Ayuba, emphasized the initiative's alignment with the institution's vision to promote excellence and innovation in response to technological advancements. Dean of the Faculty of Communication Media Studies, Prof.

Desmond Okocha, noted that the course was designed to prepare scholars for the realities of digital transformation. The training included sessions led by Dr.

Rasaq M. Adisa from the University of Ilorin and Associate Professor Mustapha Moham Jamiu from RUDN University, focusing on the integration of ethical AI in academic research and digital pedagogy.
