NIMASA Launches Blue Economy Accelerator for Youth Innovation

The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) has introduced a Blue Economy accelerator program designed to identify, nurture, and accelerate innovative startups that will contribute to the sustainable growth of Nigeria's maritime blue economy. The program aims to attract young, vibrant minds with innovative ideas capable of transforming the maritime ecosystem.

According to Dr. Dayo Mobereola, the Director General of NIMASA, participants will receive structured business development support, industry mentorship, and technical guidance to convert promising concepts into viable ventures.

This initiative reflects NIMASA's commitment to implementing the vision of the Federal Ministry of Marine Blue Economy, which seeks to unlock the immense potential of the blue economy and empower young innovative entrepreneurs in technology-driven enterprises. Dr.
