Boyfriend Flees After Girlfriend's Death in Oyo State

Quadri Moham, a 29-year-old man, is currently evading authorities after the death of his girlfriend, Preciou Mogaji, aged 26, in Ibadan, Oyo State. The Oyo State Police Command, represented by spokesperson Olayinka Ayanlad, has initiated an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding Mogaji's death.

Preliminary investigations revealed that at approximately 12:05 AM, a good Samaritan discovered Mogaji's lifeless body at the entrance of Moham's room in the Oguntula area of Ojoo, not Akobo as initially reported. The police were alerted, and upon arrival, they found Mogaji's body on the floor.

Forensic examinations were conducted, and the body was subsequently evacuated to the hospital for autopsy to ascertain the cause of death. The police command has urged the public to disregard misleading reports circulating on social media and has intensified efforts to apprehend Moham, encouraging anyone with information to contact the nearest police station.
