Oyo State Receives Two Surveillance Aircraft for Security

The Oyo State Government has officially taken delivery of two long-awaited security surveillance aircraft, which arrived at the Samuel Ladoke Akintola Airport in Ibadan on Tuesday. These aircraft are expected to significantly enhance aerial surveillance capabilities, intelligence collection, and rapid security response across Oyo State and its neighboring areas.

The acquisition of these aircraft aligns with Governor Seyi Makinde's earlier announcement regarding his administration's commitment to bolstering security measures in the state. This initiative aims to address ongoing security challenges, including kidnapping, banditry, and other criminal activities that have affected the region.
